Cancellation & Return

The Customer sends his request by email to info@lavinotheque.ch, indicating his intention to cancel his order. The request must be made in
30 days after the delivery of the goods.
The box must be intact as its container, however a bottle may have been opened for tasting (it will be deducted from the amount refunded).
The goods must be returned to the sender, at the exclusive cost of the Customer, in its original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note.





The sending of the order is done under a working day, the delay
purely indicative and not contractual

If a package is returned by the carrier then an unsuccessful delivery the Customer is notified by means of an e-mail sent to the address he indicated in his profile or when ordering. Without news from the Customer within 3 months from the sending of the e-mail, the order is canceled and not refunded.
