Cave de la Côte
To date, Cave de la Côte has 1800 plots of various sizes and extends from Lausanne to Satigny on 450 hectares - a quarter of the Côte's vineyards. It is, in a way, the largest of the small cooperatives. Or the opposite. It brings together nearly 300 producers and several key areas of Swiss viticulture, such as Château Malessert in Féchy or La Bâtie in Vinzel.The addition of small winemakers with their own identity and the typicality of each place.
Cave de la Côte intends to work and vinify each vintage according to a personalized approach, with the winemaker as first contact. Faithful to the primary meaning of the notion of cooperative, Cave de la Côte truly belongs to its producers.
