Former property of the Lords of Baret, it is in 1867 that the Ballande, family of merchants and shipowners Bordeaux, acquire it.

    

  . Following a fire in the early twentieth century, the expansion of the chartreuse is achieved.   

  . This twenty years, the vineyard and the winery and cellars have been completely renovated.
