The history of the Vallone winery is that of a family that has dedicated its passion to seeing its original oenological project grow and that, in the second half of the last century, became the protagonist of an innovative process with which it contributed to changing the perception of Apulian wine in Italy and in the world.
Vallone is a 500-hectare production area divided into three estates in the municipalities of San Pancrazio Salentino, San Pietro Vernotico and Carovigno.
