The vineyard of the Domaine covers 10 hectares on the hill of Peissy, cultivated according to ecological methods (integrated production): fauna and flora cohabit with the work of man!
Tasting
As is often the case in Geneva, here is a "foreigner" that could not be more appropriate: the old Findling grape variety, thought to be of German origin, is none other than the Bouvier de Hongrie!
One thing at least is certain: Griset Blanc is the speciality of Domaine des Charmes, appreciated for its vivacity and for its notes of flowers and stone fruits.
