Eye : bright ruby red colour with purple hues.
Nose : presents a fruity bouquet with notes of plum and cherry flanked by delicate spicy (black pepper) and balsamic notes.
Palate : the fruity notes return smoothly, a red of great sweetness and excellent freshness. The caressing tannins complete this fragrant and pleasant wine.
Food pairing : fish soup, pizza or classic spaghetti with tomato.
Service : 15°C - 16°C C in medium sized glasses, uncork just before serving.
