A deep ruby colour.
Aroma : good complexity, which reveals prominent components of red and wild fruit, alongside hints of asparagus and artichoke, undertones of truffle and forest floor, and additional notes of dried fruits, such as almonds, hazelnuts and figs.
Taste : A
good volume, with excellent, rounded
tannins and a fantastic acidity. Further aromas of red and tropical fruit come to the fore, along with floral
notes and hints of cocoa, courtesy of an excellent maturation. This wine has a long and elegant finish.
Service : Decanted prior to consumption. Serve at between 16ºC-18ºC.
