Tasting
Appearance : A bright citrine-yellow wine.
Aroma : it has the subtle aroma typical of the Encruzado grape variety: hints of minerality, white fruits such as melon and pear, floral notes and a vegetal element that confers freshness. This wine has a very complex bouquet that fabulously integrates the French oak in which it aged for six months.
Palate : it is fresh, balanced, delicate and harmonious with a vibrant acidity, and further hints of French oak that invite a long, elegant finish
Serve : between 10ºC-12ºC in large white wine glasses.
Food Pairings : Perfect as an aperitif, this wine also pairs wonderfully with refined fish dishes, smoked fish, white meats and
poultry.
