Appearance : a deep red ruby colour.
Aroma : notes of dense black and wild fruit, resinous tones,
woodland aromas, moss, pine, "forest floor" and a fresh menthol touch.
Palate : firm and delicate,
with its prominent tannic structure and polished tannins contributing to a fresh, austere and compelling wine. Its
aromatic complexity is complemented by floral notes that invite a voluminous, delicate and persistent finish.
Serve : Store horizontally in a cool, dry place. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC-18ºC. This wine should be
decanted after 4-5 years of age.
Food Pairings : This wine is very gastronomic and perfect for meal times. It pairs wonderfully with octopus "à lagareiro", as
well as oven-roasted pork shoulder.
