Description
The history of the family in Dardagny goes back to the end of the 14th century. At that time, well before the Escalade, the Ramu family already owned vines.
Their property currently comprises 18 hectares of vines, which extend over the Donzelle hillside and the hillside overlooking Dardagny castle.
For generations, their family, known for its discoveries and its award-winning achievements, has aimed at innovation in production, while maintaining the quality of its wines.
Tasting
Pinot Gris is also called Ruländer in Germany, Malvoisie in Valais, Tokay in Alsace, Moine Gris in Hungary. It is vinified dry in Geneva.
With a beautiful golden colour, Pinot Gris has a real complexity of dried and candied fruits with notes of quince on rich and structured floral aromas.
It is ideal with fish and seafood, but try it with foie gras.
