Flaminio Susumaniello 2019

Description
Flaminio is the interpretation of the Vallone family and the indigenous vineyards. The line is named after the historic Flaminio vineyards from which they originate, which are located on an ancient Messapian settlement on the outskirts of San Pietro Vernotico.
It is a true tradition in constant evolution; intense colours and fruity aromas.
A vine that is as generous as it is sloppy at a young age due to its productive exuberance. As it ages, the overabundance of production suddenly disappears to give way to grapes capable of expressing an olfactory complexity with notes of leather and Mediterranean maquis.
Tasting
Eye : very intense ruby with violet reflections, brilliant.
Nose : fruity and spicy with light vegetal notes.
Mouth : well-structured, powerful, tasty, soft on the attack, with a soft, enveloping, long and spicy finish.
Food and wine pairing : structured starters, meats and spicy foods.
