Description

The history of the Fiasconaro family began in the 1950s in Castelbuono, a small town in the Madonie Park in Sicily. It is here that the three brothers Fausto, Martino and Nicola chose to maintain the legal, production and administrative headquarters of the company of this exciting adventure of the Sicilian High Pastry.

A history written since 1953 by their father, Mario Fiasconaro, who, starting from a small ice-cream parlour in the main square of the town, built up a flourishing business in the pastry and catering sector over the years.

The impeccable craftsmanship of these desserts is preserved thanks to the beautiful tin boxes, expressly designed by the most famous Sicilian craftsmen: the bright colours and subjects, inspired by the decorative motifs of the Sicilian cart and the characters of the puppet theatre, make all these different containers precious and collectible.

Panettone with Sicilian pistachio.

INGREDIENTS:
Panettone: soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, white chocolate coating (10%) (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract), fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, pistachio (Pistacia vera) (2%), orange puree (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice concentrate), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavour. May contain traces of other nuts.

Pistachio spread: sugar, pistachio (Pistacia vera) (22%), vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil, cocoa butter, safflower), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavourings, colour (curcumin, copper chlorophyll), salt. May contain other nuts and lupin flour.

GMO declaration: This product does not contain any genetically modified ingredients and therefore does not require the GMO label according to EU regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry environment (max 20°C) in its original packaging, away from strong light and heat. The product will keep its organoleptic qualities until the end of its shelf life.
