Description
"Arômes de Pavie" becomes, from the 2005 vintage, the label of the second wine of Château Pavie. This new label succeeds that of "Château Tour Simard", in order to facilitate the identification of the wine by consumers. This wine is mainly made from young vines less than 10 years old and from the selection efforts of the first wine. We take the same care as with the first wine, both in viticulture and vinification.
