Eye: A bright, pale gold coloured Cava.

Nose: Deep, intense and elegant, it initially evokes notes of ripe white fruit. Gradually, its complexity increases and the aromas of long ageing emerge, with a hint of toast and a certain citrus flavour completing its distinction.

Mouth: The creaminess of the foam is perfectly integrated in the mouth. It gives a sensation of a fresh, ample and suggestive palate. All the aromas present in the glass are reflected in the long finish.
