Tasting

Eye: Bright and intense ruby red

Nose: aromas of black cherries and plums with hints of spices

Mouth: Round, powerful, with soft, supple tannins and balanced acidity. Long finish.

Food pairing: Excellent with beef and steak, it is also perfect with Mexican fajitas, kebabs and souvlaki. It will also be appreciated with lamb chops, grilled chicken or ravioli in Bolognese sauce.
