Estandon Heritage 2022

Héritage is a blend of wines produced in the best terroirs of the AOC Côtes de Provence with shallow, schistose and silty soils located in the foothills of the Massif des Maures and on the hillsides perched around Flayosc, at the gateway to the Verdon.

These very old vineyards, nestled in the hills in the middle of nature, cohabit harmoniously with the olive tree and the holm oak.

Others, a little lower down, exposed on the clay-limestone slopes of the commune of Thoronet where the famous 12th century Cistercian abbey lies, and on the variegated sandstone of the commune of Cannet des Maures, benefit from the exceptional sunshine of Provence.

Delicacy and precision

Appearance: A brilliant, pale rose petal colour.

Nose: Fine and delicious, it exhales white fruit aromas (peach, pear and quince) but also touches of melon and pomegranate.

In the mouth: a frank, round and fleshy attack with a greedy restitution of fruity flavours. As the wine develops, it is fine and silky, with a good freshness that gives this wine lightness and relief. The whole is very well balanced, there is tenderness and delicacy for this wine which is very precise with a very pleasant nervousness. Finishes on citrus fruits with a hint of southern spices.
