Tasting
Appearance : Intense ruby red colour.
Nose: fruity notes of fresh plum and cherry, mixed with sweet notes of roasted cocoa and a hint of balsamic eucalyptus reminiscent of the Mediterranean maquis.
Palate: smooth and balanced with fruity notes. The finish is persistent with rich flavours and a pleasant freshness.
Food & Wine Pairing: goes well with cold meats and cheeses, excellent with grilled meats, sausages and lamb.
