Whisky Talisker X Parley

Talisker x Parley 'Wilder Seas' is our first ever single malt scotch whisky matured in XO French oak casks. Wilder Seas' has a pleasant mouthfeel and finely balanced depth. It is a very successful combination of cask and spirit, with a ripe and rounded character. The new 100% recycled bottle is made from clean biofuel energy and fashioned into the iconic Talisker bottle.

This limited edition is a tangible symbol of our vision and mission, as the donation included supports various sustainable development projects around the world to protect and preserve the underwater forests off the coasts of Scotland, South Africa and Chile.

Eye: A beautiful deep, lustrous amber colour with red highlights. It is reminiscent of the rich colour of rosewood or a freshly opened horse chestnut.

Mouth: The creamy, smooth palate offers a grand flavour that starts out wonderfully sweet and quickly moves to briny, smoky and fruity notes, with luscious sweet raisin and fig notes in the middle, enveloped by peppery spices and nascent smoke. This whisky is rich and intense in its natural state, but becomes slightly sweeter, fruitier (with hints of ripe figs) and spicier when a little water is added.
