Merlot - Clémence 2021

Supple, elegant - Clémence Merlot has a strong character, reinforced by the 10 to 12 months it spends maturing in oak casks.

Appearance: Limpid intense red color with garnet shades.

Aroma: Potent bouquet of black fruits and liquorice complemented by notes of roasting.

Palate: Flattering wine because of its elegance, suppleness and velvety typical of grape varieties. Rich aromas on black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), red fruits (cherries) and sweet spices. Barriques provide roundness, amplitude and potency to this bodied wine.

Food pairing: Perfect for white meats, poultry and desserts.

Serving: Serve between 16-18°C. This wine deserves to breathe before it is served. Also, do not hesitate to open this bottle well before tasting it.
