Description
The CHIROUBLE APPELLATION
The highest perched raw of the Beaujolais (between 250 and 450 meters above sea level) has the most homogeneous soil of granite that slowly decomposes to form sandy arenas on the surface. The majority of the vines are planted in hillsides and require a lot of manual work, it is a bit the Roasted Coast of the Beaujolais! The mineral strength and the strength of the rock give you delicate aerial wines with intense fruity freshness.
"CHIROUBLES, ALWAYS ADORNED WITH VERY AIRY FRUIT, EXPRESSES THE FINESSE AND STRENGTH OF THE GRANITE."

Tasting
Appearance: Red carmine intense.
Palate: floral, fruity: iris, violet, muguet, wilted pink, vine peach and classically strawberry or strawberry. White pepper is also often characteristic of the appellation. It should be consumed slightly fresh, at around 14°C, to strengthen its feminine character as the flower.
Food pairing: will be made with beautiful Lyonnaises meats, white meats (chicken, pheasant,...), fish like pig, or some rather fresh goat cheeses.
