Sauvignon Gris is a rare varietal obtained from a natural mutation of Sauvignon Blanc. It is prized for its aromatic intensity and mouth filling volume.

Appearance: A yellow crystalline dress with moderate intensity and yellow shades.

Aroma: A very sustained intensity of exotic fruits and citrus fruits. The notes of passion fruit, pineapple and grapefruit testify to the richness of the bouquet.

Palate: Soft and creamy attack with exotic fruit aromas. Rich and powerful final.
