Tequila Clase Azul Plata

Clase Azul Plata Tequila is an ultra-premium tequila made from Tequilana Weber Blue Agaves. This silver tequila has a surprisingly smooth touch and a very mild flavour profile, making it perfect for drinking neat or in top-of-the-range cocktails.

Clase Azul Plata tequila is made from 100% blue agave on one of the highest points in the state of Jalisco. Its climate and earthy properties give it a distinctive tequila flavour. Each agave is grown for 6 to 8 years before being harvested. Organic agave takes around 72 hours to cook in ancient masonry ovens. The cooking process gives the heart of the agave a unique sweetness, easily perceptible by the complexity of the aromas and flavours.

Eye: Light, silvery tequila.

Nose: Herbal and citric notes, very sweet.

Palate: Very big mouthfeel and long, often sweet aftertaste.Mouth: Full-bodied but not too strong
