Tasting
Appearance : Beautiful very dark purple red color and deep.
Aroma : A rich note of very ripe black fruits, jammy emerges. Underneath a layer of black truffle and cedarwood.
Palate : It has a round attack and greedy. An imposing structure, luscious and nicely tense. This is the Grand Cru Château Ducru-Beaucaillou, the most powerful that has ever been developed. The tannins are velvety and sweet, perfectly balanced. The finish is tasty with an impressive persistence.
Food pairing :
Service : It may be open today but it will take another two or three years to reveal some of its immense potential. It will then be excellent for the next 30/50 years and its life expectancy will be limited only by the storage conditions and the cork. Serve between 16 ° C and 18 ° C and decant two hours before serving.
