Description
The Clos du Château is located in Choully, on the heights of Satigny, the largest wine-producing commune in Switzerland.
The estate offers an exceptional view of Geneva and the surrounding mountains. Lionel and Nathalie Dugerdil took over the family vineyard and relaunched the vinification on the estate in 2010. Nearly 30 hectares of vines are cultivated today.
Tasting
Eye : beautiful ruby colour
Nose : fragrances of small forest fruits, slightly smoky and spicy
Palate : ample and generous, discreetly woody with silky and complex tannins.
Ideal to taste with meats in sauce or a roast.
