Description
Château Clarke is one of the few properties in the Médoc to produce a white wine. The Merle Blanc is part of the Château's history and heritage, as it has existed since the end of the 19th century (1898). Highly appreciated and recognised, it represented up to a quarter of the Château's production. Baron Edmond was keen to revive this tradition. Today, this rare wine is perfectly integrated into the spirit of the estate.
Tasting
Appearance: Beautiful yellow and clear.
Aroma: Aromas of grapefruit, lemon and acacia are found in the Merle Blanc.
Food pairing: Ideal to accompany fish, seafood, salads and white meats.
