Description
Dom Martim Reserva Red is a "Blend", which follows a rigorous selection of indigenous grape Aragonez (Tempranillo) and Cabertnet Sauvignon, full of passion and ancestral knowledge.
The modern technology that is lightweight and vinified in oak stage, allows us to get a softmiddle-bodied wine, balanced with refined tannins.
Tasting
Apparence : Crystalline look, dark ruby colour.
The Nose : Very vinous, with notes of ripe red fruits.
The Palate :In the mouth reveals a soft body, balanced with tannins in tune. It ends long and pleasant.
Pairing Wine & Food : Goes well with red meat dishes and dry cheeses.
