Description
Pinot Noir is probably the oldest grape variety grown outside the Mediterranean area. Originally from Burgundy, it has long been grown in our regions. A noble grape variety, it goes well with red meat, game and duck. Try it with freshwater fish such as Arctic char or pike-perch.
Tasting
Eye: This wine is purplish in colour.
Nose: Aromas of red fruit, morello cherries, silky tannins.
Mouth: Round and ample.
