Description

Geographical area of the Aspres, piedmont area of the Pyrenees. The Trouillas terroir is characterized by silty-clay soils and extremely stony on the surface. The vineyard exploited in reasoned agriculture benefits from a good exhibition on the hillsides and on the terraces between Trouillas and Terrats.

Tasting

Appearance: Very intense ruby color.

Aroma: Aromas of very intense red fruits.

Palate: A very nice balance, round tannins with notes of jammed red fruits, liquorice and a surprising freshness.

Food pairing: Marries perfectly with roasts, red meats and game. Serve with beautiful regional deli meats.

Service: Serve between 15 and 16°C.
