Description

This 100% carignan wine is created at the highest elevation (650-700 metres) of our estate vineyard named "La Mallola" where the "Llevant" wind of the Mediterranean see leaves the morning dew.

Tasting

Intense, notes of graphite, plum, blackcurrant and blueberries, coffee and chocolate background. Rich, ripe and velvety tannins. Long fresh finish.

WINE-PAIRING : Deer stew, grilled beef, tuna fish, cheese
