L'Oratoire de Chasse-Spleen 2019

The greatest wines of the Médoc have chosen before all to make an election between their wines to not reduce the assets of grandvin by wiping the vagaries of the vintages and guarantee a certain constancy in their qualitative offer. Many vintage Médocansse are then engaged on this way since the 70's. Chase-Spleen participates in the movement since 79.

Thus was born the Oratory of Chasse-Spleen.

Eye : Bright and clear dense garnet color.

Nose : Marked cherry flavor, dressed with a slight note of pine. After shaking, there are notes of strawberries, pink pepper.

Mouth : The attack is frank. The palate is balanced, with a fine grain, producing a pretty, very sensual volume. The finish is persistent and reminds us of the note of wild strawberries.
