Tasting

Delicate and full-bodied.

Eye: a brilliant colour with copper highlights and a fine effervescence.

Nose: the finesse of the Chardonnay combines with the structure and power of the Pinot Noir. Toasty notes of spices and vanilla evoke the partial vinification in
barrels. On opening, aromas of pear and the freshness of the Chardonnay come through.

Mouth: a full, light attack with lemony notes brings tension and crispness, revealing a wine of fine verticality. The lingering finish is
complexity and beautiful bitters.

Food and wine pairing: This cuvée goes perfectly with a rosé duck breast or a venison sauce grand veneur. Its structure will also sublimate slightly spicy dishes Asian or Oriental cuisine.

Serving temperature: between 8 and 10°C.

This wine has excellent ageing potential.
