Description
This special 2016 edition is a late harvest obtained from the "A Matinha" ginjal, aged for around two years in used fortified wine casks. Fruity with hints of macerated red fruit and a touch of round chocolate, it has a long, deep finish. It goes well with strong cheeses or convent sweets, for example, at the end of a meal and should be served in a balloon glass at a temperature of 18ºC, breathing for about 10 minutes before serving.
